From the Oscars to the Olympics, this Grammy-nominated dance group has been living outside the box for 50 years and counting. Whether or not you are familiar with contemporary dance, Pilobolus will summon an emotional reaction from people of all ages through the organized chaos of their more than 120 original routines. You can anticipate hand-picked favorites from the past half decade, as well as visionary masterpieces. Since their founding at Dartmouth College, Pilobolus has performed in more than 65 countries and was titled one of Dance Heritage Coalition’s “Irreplaceable Dance Treasures” in 2015.

Members' Night Reception
The Wisconsin Union Theater would like to extend our appreciation to Wisconsin Union Members with an exclusive pre-show reception before the PILOBOLUS performance on February 1, 2023. Add on a Member Night Reception ticket to your PILOBOLUS ticket for only $5 and enjoy a beverage, light snacks, and a guest appearance from the PILOBOLUS organization. The reception will take place in the Shannon Sunset Lounge, located just outside of Shannon Hall, between 6-7:15 PM. The guest appearance will take place at about 6:30 PM. The theater doors open at 7 PM, and the performance begins at 7:30 PM.
Each reception ticket includes one beverage from our selection of wine, beer, soda, or signature cocktail, "The Big Five-Oh!" Additional drinks are available for purchase. There will be a variety of complimentary light snacks and sweets to enjoy as well. At least one member of your group must present a Wisconsin Union membership card at the reception entrance.
